Exciting times at WestREAP on the West Coast. 20/20 Westland Computers in Homes programmes are due to start up at WestREAP in Hokitika, at Cobden School in Cobden, Greymouth and at Kumara School in Kumara.WestREAP Computers in Homes Westland builds on the success of Computers in Homes (http://www.computersinhomes.org.nz/) by providing a recycled computer and an internet connection along with ICT training for families as well as focussing on identifying and addressing literacy needs for participants. WestREAP has secured funding for 2007/08 to provide the WestREAP Computers in Homes Westland programme to 20 school/100 families in our region. For information on these great programmes contact Cheryl or Dianne 03 755 8700 or dianne@westreap.org.nz
